APPLICATIONS
This machine is mainly used for punching and cutting of channel
steel, flat steel and C-shaped steel (C-shaped steel cannot be
cut). It is a high-efficiency CNC automatic processing equipment
for elevators, road construction machinery, granaries, railways,
grids and other industries.
The production line consists of conveyors, Feeding manipulator, CNC
loading channel, CNC trolley, Web punching &marking unit,
Flange punching unit, Cutting unit, Offloading channel, Hydraulic
power station, and CNC control system.
There is a centering mechanism on the conveyors and the CNC loading
channel. It ensures that workpieces of different specifications are
centered and conveyed.
The CNC trolley is used to clamp the workpiece and digitally convey
and position it.
The three-dimensional punching machine consists of Web punching
unit, Left flange punching unit, and right flange punching unit.
FEATURES
1. The 3 punching units can be independently controlled, which can
be punched on three sides or on one or two sides.
2. The flexible automatic production line is suitable for the
processing of various specifications of channel steel and any
number of rows of holes.
3. The hydraulic power station has sufficient flow and it is
equipped with an accumulator to ensure the flow of high-speed
punching.
4. The processing program can be input by the keyboard, or the CAD
graphics can be automatically converted into the processing program
through the automatic conversion software.
5. The software interface is friendly, the programming software and
automatic conversion software can be installed in any office
computer independently of the host device, and realize remote
programming, which can be directly copied or transferred to the
device for use through the network.
6. It has the function of converting AUTOCAD graphics into working
programs.
7. Reasonable electrical control system, equipped with Lenovo
computer, 6-axis control is stable and reliable, and easy to
operate.
8. High class components. Hydraulic components, all electrical
components (including buttons, switches, etc.), ball screws, and
linear guides are all products of well-known companies at home and
abroad.
